Participation Form Information

ATTENTION: You must mail a signed original Participation form to your affiliation: NC League of Municipalities or NC Association of County Commissioners. This is required even if you fax a copy and/or complete the online form.

The online form requires you to type your information thus improving the accuracy and assists us in ensuring we have your correct phone numbers and email addresses.

There is information on this form that is used for our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. If we enter a wrong phone number or can't read a name it can cause problems. We will contact you if we aren't sure but for expedience please give good quality information.

We also use your email address to send correspondence, setoff notifications and more. Make sure your email address(es) are accurate.

Using our Client Software?

We need to know if you want to use our system for the entry and maintenance of your debts and for the automated transfer of data between the Clearinghouse. Even if you have your own billing system you can still use our Client system. You can import and export from our Client system into you own billing system. If you want our Client software we can assist you with an easy Internet download and installation.

Don't Need Our Client Software?

No problem, you just need Internet access to get to our secure website for the transfer of data between your entity and the Clearinghouse. Need instructions, click here to download.

Want to send Hardcopy forms to the Clearinghouse?

You can send us information about your debtors and their debts. We can have it entered into our Client software and sent back to you to take it from there on your own. Or we can do the entire process for you. The forms may be faxed or mailed. However, there is a charge for the Clearinghouse to process hardcopy forms.
