Holiday Schedule

The Clearinghouse follows the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners and the North Carolina League of Municipalities holiday schedule.  Only when BOTH of them have the same holiday does the Clearinghouse observe the same holiday.  Note: this may result in a different holiday schedule than the State of North Carolina and particular local government entities.
