Excel Spreadsheet Setoff File Details Purpose: To provide as much detail as possible regarding the individuals setoff for a certain setoff file. Frequency: Each time the Department of Revenue and Education Lottery provide a setoff file. To see the schedule, click here. Uses: 1. Refunds - contains the address the debtor used to file tax refund 2. Reports - sort by Account Number to determine what departments received funds 3. Graphs - create graphs of amounts setoff vs. remaining debt amount, pie chart of amount setoff by department 4. Information - if any funds were from the Education Lottery Layout: 1. SSN 2. Last Name 3. First Name 4. Middle Initial 5. Address (from Department of Revenue) 6. City (from Department of Revenue) 7. State (from Department of Revenue) 8. Zip code (from Department of Revenue) 9. Current Debt Amount (after the Setoff) 10. Setoff Amount 11. Account Number 12. Unique ID (from Clearinghouse) 13. Unique Key 14. Compliance Date 15. Expiration Date 16. Setoff Source (Department of Revenue or Education Lottery) 17. Prior Filing Last Name (from Department of Revenue) 18. Prior Filing First Name (from Department of Revenue) 19. Prior Filing Middle Initial (from Department of Revenue) Location: This file is automatically placed in your secure folder for 10 days. If you need the latest or any other spreadsheet as far back as February 2007, contact the Clearinghouse and we will restore it for you File Name: The name of the file is your assigned local government code: ncc--- or ncm--- with the standard Excel file extension ".xls".
